CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY:
PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT TIME.
WITHIN 48-HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL RECEIVE A MESSAGE NOTIFICATION TO REMIND YOU OF THE APPOINTMENT DAY/TIME.
PLEASE GIVE A 24-HOUR NOTICE OF CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING THAT WAY YOUR DEPOSIT IS ALTERED TO GO TOWARDS ANOTHER RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
THE 50% DEPOSIT WILL BE KEPT IF YOU DO NOT RESCHEDULE BEFORE THE 24-HOUR NOTICE.
BEING MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED A CANCELLATION IN THE LESS THAN 24-HOUR TIME FRAME, THE 50% DEPOSIT WILL BE KEPT AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GO TOWARDS ANOTHER SERVICE.
NO CALL/NO SHOW AN APPOINTMENT, THE 50% DEPOSIT WILL BE KEPT AND NO LONGER ALLOWED TO BOOK.
